Not every day is like this tho. Sometimes I'm on top of the moon, elated and everything is wonderful although they have been lesser recently. Your voice is very important, please don't push yourself and look after yourself and if you ever think there's something untoward going on, nodules, polyps, seek medical. Hugs.
