I just woke up in the middle of the night so I honestly don't know if this will help or is alright but I have an idea if it's okay. With needing to process everything would it be good to set a certain time every week or twice a week to take the servers down and work on them? That way there's less stress for you and the people on discord. Then everyone would know ahead of time so no confusion or anyone getting worried and maybe help lessen your plate.
