Honestly I really needed this. Saturday my cousin, a close cousin, who was only 18 died in a car crash. She was the only death. And the last one my family thought would die. It has been a very rough week and it's taken everything out of me just to get through work. Today I had enough energy to do more than mindlessly scroll through social media and see all the posts about her. I came here to listen to your audios because when I first discovered you I was going through a hard time as well. Seeing this post helps. Especially since she was the kind of girl who lived for today. She was supposed to get her high school diploma the 23rd. Its heartbreaking. She doesn't even have a future to look forward to anymore even if she wanted. But i know she lived a good life because of being in the moment and I'm happy she did. Life really is too short. It can be taken from us at any moment. Your audios have helped me feel good things when I just feel cold and empty or like I really want to end my life [before hand not currently] They are a welcome distraction and bring joy to me in this little bit of madness I also know, if she had liked anime she would have been a HUGE fan of yours haha So thank you so much Yato <3 this, and your work, means a lot

This is so true, it's really easy to sacrifice the now you for an uncertain future and before you know it, you feel miserable and like you've wasted a portion of your life for something that you'll never be 100% certain you get.
