For months, I’ve been struggling so much with my mental health and my break up with my boyfriend. I began hating myself and blaming myself for the relationship ending. I didn’t think this cycle would ever end, but that’s when I discovered you channel and listening to audios like these always put me in tears😭. I’ve felt that I couldn’t express how I’m feeling since I’ve believed no one would want to hear me and and allow me to express without feeling that I’m being a burden to them. Now, hearing Todoroki’s words, it just feels that someone is actually here and holding me and talking to me and trying their best to understand and help. People make mistakes all the time. I’ve learn now that I can’t change the past no matter how hard I try, I need to focus on making myself a better person and getting back my kindness since it was buried underneath so much hate for myself. This is one of the reasons I want to be a better person and one of the reasons I get up and have a smile on my face😊 so thank you Yato for bringing more light in my life^^💕
