I had the early morning shift at work, so didn’t really have breakfast. I did hydrate though, all electrolytes were replenished by 7am

Yeah, it was scary because I really thought it was broken couldn't hold anything or put weight on it, i had a hard time getting off the ground luckily my sister was there. I definitely bruised both hands and my knee got bruised up pretty good too but those are healing faster then my arm.

2024-08-07 18:24:54 +0000 UTCNo breakfast today, as im fasting to save calories for later. You actually reminded me that I didn't drink water yet. I'm recovering from a fall last Thursday night (the irony is that I'm working on losing weight by going for walks and I went to drink my water and missed the hole in the ground and stumbled before falling) and while nothing is broken I super bruised the soft tissues and muscles in my right arm. I couldn't even open doors until yesterday, and even now it's still kind of a struggle. I'm excited for dynamite tonight.
