Good days feel like I'm untouchable and that nothing can stand in my way. I feel on top of the world, able to accomplish anything I set my mind to. Here, I felt incredibly sexy, strong and beautiful.
Bad days feel like none of those things. I want to hide, conceal, and never come out of my cave.
We all have days that are like this, and all we can do is be gentle with ourselves and allow ourselves to feel the way we do. HOWEVER, it's important to remember that HOW YOU handle your bad days also shows a reflection of your healing and growth. I may take a day for myself to feel my feelings and work through things, but I also make sure the next day I do something I didn't the day before.
