Poses

I have successfully added the ability to add poses presets to the game. They are available under the new “Poses” menu. These are not typical gamedev files of skeletons, these are save files that load a previously posed character unique to the game.

This means that in a near future update, players can save their own custom poses and it will appear along the default poses for that character type. This will also allow for players to share and swap poses in a tiny file amongst themselves.

I am trying to ensure that these poses are compatible with the animation tab, so that players can jump right in with some of these poses without any extra finagling. As time goes on i will have more polls adding whichever poses players have voted for. 

Speaking of, the two winning poses to start out are “All Fours” and “Kneeling”. So congrats if those your picks, if not, don't worry. All poses will eventually make their way into the game.

Studio

In the add Objects menu, i have added a “Studio” Tab. These items are mostly for my own internal use for creating media about the game, but may be fun for the players to use themselves. Be mindful that many of these items WILL impact your game, and the more you add, the more severe it will be.

Lights! I have added two lights to the game. A point light, and spotlight. Their intensity, as well as size, can be adjusted. Their color can be changed as well to be whatever color you wish. Shadows are disabled as they are an extreme performance killer.

Camera! A camera has been added to the game. This is an item you can pick up and it has the ability to take screenshots. There is a screen on the back to preview what the camera sees. Letting go of the camera makes it float, so you don't have to hold it. Its parameters menu has the ability to lock it into place, meaning that you wont be able to pick it back up until its toggled off. There is a button in this menu to save your screenshots, too. Resolution right now is fixed, but will be adjustable in the near future.

Screen! Since the camera screen is small, players have the ability to spawn a new and much larger screen to view what the camera is seeing. Its scale can be adjusted.

In the future, i will make a studio level with stuff like adjustable background and/or a green screen for players to mess around in.
