Love The Skin You Are In

Things I have learned while on my fitness journey. Not everyone's bodies will respond the same to certain foods, diets, or workouts. Find what works best for YOU! You HAVE to accept that fitness is not linear and you will have bad days, and sometimes you'll have a bad week. Take the good with the bad and work through it. Sometimes you just need to take a break and that's okay too.

It's so true! Also, don't stress over fitness. 've seen people get so crazy with diets (little to no cheat days) and working out (they're not seeing the results fast enough) they start hating the process and get discouraged. It's all in the planning, the balance, and the routine.
