Added 2024-02-07 18:15:01 +0000 UTCWhen I was a kid, I used to think something would grab me if I closed my eyes while in the shower. Or if I opened the curtain someone/something was gonna be there. It's weird. Every once in a while, I'll still get that same sensation. (It's very rare when I do) Anyone else experience weird things like that?

There is still a part of me at night that thinks when I open up my door at night there one of those big hairy things will be.

I was convinced that if any part of my body was out from underneath the covers that someone would come inside and try to kill me . So I would always sleep flat on my back with the covers up to my neck . Thinking that if they only saw my head they would think it was disembodied and get freaked out . Causing them to leave me alone
