I wanted to share with you all that I made it to the gym today. I only made it 38 minuets, 20 of that being cardio the remainder being squats, calve raises, and lunges. Although, lunges proved to be difficult for whatever reason.
I don't know if yall can tell, but my left shoulder is raised and the trap is still pretty swollen. Kind of flared up, at least that's what it felt like because it started to throb. To be fair, I haven't done anything gym related for almost 4 weeks. I started eating healthy again about 5 days ago (allowed myself time to just relax and eat good food that I wanted)
I'm gonna come back stronger and better.
I can do this.
P.S. I did not piss myself lol, it's sweat 😅
