Last night was rough. I didn't want to be at the gym at all. I was frustrated for not having a flat stomach, and it was eating at me during the work out. At one point I spent 15 minuets just poking, grabbing and moving it around just upset.
Then I remembered we are going for strong, not skinny. That we have come a long way from where we used to be. That we have grown and shrank in the best ways and we feel good.
When I woke up I felt strong. I felt strong because even though last night was difficult and I was hating on myself, I still made it through my cardio and ab work out. Pushing myself through on those kinds of days is why I'm going to be one of the very best. My goal is to never give up, even when things get difficult.
Keep going!
P.S.
This is to show the bad days as well as the good! I feel like these kinds of things are not talked about much with people who find success in losing weight. Losing weight is a journey, up, down, sideways, traffic stops and more. Just sharing my more vulnerable days because they are real.
