Rough Night/ Good Morning

Last night was rough. I didn't want to be at the gym at all. I was frustrated for not having a flat stomach, and it was eating at me during the work out. At one point I spent 15 minuets just poking, grabbing and moving it around just upset.

Then I remembered we are going for strong, not skinny. That we have come a long way from where we used to be. That we have grown and shrank in the best ways and we feel good.

When I woke up I felt strong. I felt strong because even though last night was difficult and I was hating on myself, I still made it through my cardio and ab work out. Pushing myself through on those kinds of days is why I'm going to be one of the very best. My goal is to never give up, even when things get difficult.

Keep going!

P.S.

This is to show the bad days as well as the good! I feel like these kinds of things are not talked about much with people who find success in losing weight. Losing weight is a journey, up, down, sideways, traffic stops and more. Just sharing my more vulnerable days because they are real.

Being able to pick heavy things up and out them back down and not be gassed is my favorite thing. I believe they call it power belly! 🥰

Short version of my own journey is that I've wound up heavier than I've ever been, but stronger and healthier than I've ever been, and the difference in my body shape mostly comes down to how solid things are by poking myself a little. It's annoying, until I lift 275 lbs, and go "ah, right, power. That's what's happening." You're awesome. Thanks for sharing this stuff. Big reminder I'm not alone in what's happening to me.

Clear eyes. Rip out their hearts. Can't lose.

You keep improving to better yourself and your health to you is the only thing that matters no matter what other people think.

Adam Mapes

You are doing awesome. Your body looks amazing. No one person, accept yourself, can say otherwise. You are an inspiration to women and men alike. Keep up the great work. Just remember that the only option that matters about your body is you. You own your looks. People can say nasty things all they want but it just comes down to how you feel about yourself. I can't speak for you but I would be very proud of the hard work you have put in on yourself. Take care and always stay strong and keep rocking it!!

There are enough skin & bone women wrestlers out there, way too many in fact! The kind that break if you look at them wrong let alone they land incorrectly. Having some meat on your bones is not only healthier, but you should have a longer career with less injuries because your body can handle bad landings and the like! Keep up the great work, you are awesome and your new tatt is killer!!

Skinny is overrated!
