As frustrated as I am with weightloss, I've made the decision to no longer and try to be thin. I decided that being strong and fit is the way to go and wouldn't make me hate my body as much as I do. If I lose weight in the process great. Coming out of my almost 2 month long depression episode I have gained 8 pounds. This is the result of being back at the gym for about a week with my new mindset. I workout to be strong, not skinny.
