Tell me about yourself!
Added 2021-02-01 16:39:39 +0000 UTCI watched SO much wrestling this week and over the weekend. You ever just really love something and can't get enough of it? Damn!
What is something you all love to do that you can't get enough of? I would love to know more about you!

2022-06-22 05:39:22 +0000 UTCLol I waste way too much on magic the gathering cards. Life long hobby.

2021-03-30 07:48:53 +0000 UTCOther than wrestling? I'm going with Star Wars! The original trilogy, of course, but I do still hold a soft spot for everything else too. Also drag! I always think that wrestling and drag are strangely similar really!

2021-03-18 15:06:55 +0000 UTCIβve been really getting into sewing believe it or not lol. I collect patches and put them on jackets with fabrics and different studs(kinda why I think I like your outfits) if Iβm not doing that Iβve been boxing π₯ , and pursuing that .keep doing what youβre doing! Itβs about time wrestling had a woman with your style

2021-02-18 03:14:35 +0000 UTCI'm a life long horror fan and collector, slashers being my favorite. My wife and I own over 3,000 movies on blu, dvd, vhs, beta, laserdisc, everything haha. I also love wrestling and collecting figures. I love wrestlers who use horror in their wrestling gimmicks and that's how I discovered Abadon. I also have a YouTube show (who doesn't) where I review bad horror movies.

2021-02-05 20:06:50 +0000 UTCOne of my favourite hobbies (that has taken a hit due to the pandemic) is thrifting. I have built out a lot of things by doing it on a weekly basis, one of the biggest is my gaming collection which stands at 550+ games on 19 systems. I've been finding a lot of mid 90s PC software lately after building out a Windows 98 computer during the pandemic (I spent more money on the case than I did on all the period appropriate parts), so that's been one of the more common things I've been finding lately. But I've also found a lot of great kitchen goods and housewares for next to nothing, including my laserdisc player. Just the fun of looking around and finding things is awesome, I usually plan a small trip once a month going 1 or 2 towns over and hitting up stores in another area just to mix things up.

2021-02-02 21:05:53 +0000 UTCI love sharks and I do my best to try and learn as much as I can about them. Seriously a misunderstood creature

2021-02-02 16:17:11 +0000 UTCI'm all about wrestling and video games. One of things I love about wrestling is the history of it. There's nothing like wrestling. Every story, legend or current events, is fascinating. It's even cooler to see these stories unfold beyond the TV and onto social media as they happen. Other things I enjoy are World War 2 documentaries. I'm a sucker for 80s action movies, and comedies with a lot of dry humor/slapstick. Could talk for hours about Batman, Metallica, and Mortal Kombat.

2021-02-01 21:52:06 +0000 UTCWrestling has been part of my life since I can remember, I remember watching it as a yee todddler, but I became obsessed with it when Lex Luger slammed Yokozuna in the build up to Summerslam 1993. Steve Austin and Taz are my favorite wrestlers. Iβm getting ready to start training to become a wrestler in a few months, I wanted to train when I got out of high school, but at the time I was in a dark place, and it led to MMA/Muay Thai Kickboxing because it helped me release a lot of anger and hate I had in my heart. Now even though Iβm in my mid thirties, I still want to give it a shot, even if itβs just a few matches in the indies. I also like survival horror video games and long walks on the beach.

2021-02-01 21:20:09 +0000 UTCWrestling, video games from Xbox, play station to gaming pc, switch and vr, I enjoy watching horror movies and comedyβs other than that work work work! I like to get out on the weekends and go up to the mountains and hike, camp, fish with the family. :)

2021-02-01 19:54:06 +0000 UTCI love sports basketball and football just curious if you like sports also

2021-02-01 19:38:58 +0000 UTCI've thought that very thing....BTE needs some Zombae representation. Even if it's just her sitting there all evil-like and people just rushing past.
Josh Howard
2021-02-01 19:34:42 +0000 UTCI watched a ton of wrestling this weekend. probably 4 hours of Fight Forever, then the rumble. which it was great to see bianca win but the rest was kind of a snoozefest. I make video games for a living so I do a lot of stuff associated with that. I also like minis games and board games (which has beena tough hobby to continue in the pandemic)

2021-02-01 18:40:11 +0000 UTCHorror movies, video games, and writing, mostly. Producing my podcast. A lot really. But whenever I am deep in the mindframe of needing something done, I tend to play some film scores to listen to. Then I start getting better in terms what I need. So, in short, film scores.

2021-02-01 18:37:07 +0000 UTCAt this very moment, BTE is something I can't get enough of. Pure gold every week. Need Zombae dragging a corpse in the background of a shot one of these weeks. Seriously, just passed 29 months sober, so, keeping on the beam and enjoying the results of sobriety are all pretty great.

2021-02-01 18:23:13 +0000 UTCPost-apocalyptic/dystopia society novels. And I'm not talking about YA franchises like Hunger Games, Divergent, or Maze Runner (although those are good fun). I'm morbidly fascinated with the idea of humanity barely surviving a nuclear/biological apocalypse and then having to rebuild society and the insane paths those rebuilding societies take. Whether it's some desolate wasteland teeming with nomadic tribes, a technologically-advanced society that is based on a brutal social caste system that oppresses the lower classes based on some archaic classification system, or even an "Adam and Eve"-style story where only a handful of people have survived and must restart the human race against insurmountable odds. And, yes, zombie apocalypse counts too, LOL

2021-02-01 18:09:47 +0000 UTCThatβs so cool to read that about your dad Zombae. When I turned 16 I took an off the books job at a husband and wife owned video store to help out my mom with the bills. So I definitely know all about PumpkinHead. Itβs one of my all time favorite horror movies. In fact that place is definitely responsible for my passion of all genres of movies but especially the cult horror movies. We actually rented the Faces of Death VHSβs for a time lol

2021-02-01 17:36:35 +0000 UTCAh! I do like those kinds of games, I feel like that has happened to me in the games like HEavy Rain and The Last Of Us
Abadon
2021-02-01 17:33:53 +0000 UTCLike you have a buddy following you and then at the end of the story they betray you, or you think you have the story figured out and a twist ending
Mark Sparks
2021-02-01 17:29:13 +0000 UTCMy dad is also a HUGE video gamer which is cool because he still is to this day despite life being in the way sometimes. It's cool to see everyone's stories and how they got into either wrestling, gaming or horror movies or whatever they like!
Abadon
2021-02-01 17:29:05 +0000 UTCDamn! I'm sorry to hear about the downs but the way your friend was like HEY CHECK THIS OUT is seriously awesome! My parents were huge into wrestling, so much so my mother wanted to be the female Shawn Michael's but instead I'm here instead haha! Wrestling has always been apart of my household for as long as I can remember! That and my mom liked the movie PumpkinHead but was terrified of Jason, my dad liked those movies so we had them on VHS.
Abadon
2021-02-01 17:27:08 +0000 UTCHell yeah! You've got a good list too!

2021-02-01 17:25:34 +0000 UTCElaborate more on misdirection. Like games that do a bait and switch or?

2021-02-01 17:25:17 +0000 UTCSo Iβm one of those βI have been fighting since day oneβ people. I literally mean that too as I was born a month premature with my umbilical cord wrapped around my throat bc an abusive father. So needless to say it was a one parent household. Bc we moved around for a bit I got to know a lot of different kids some like me and others with better circumstances. One in particular Sunday in 1987 one of the later invited me to his house to watch this cool thing called a pay per view. He couldnβt wait till I saw Hulk Hogan. This was WrestleMania 3 and little did I know it would change my life forever. Whatβs funny is I became a fan of the Junkyard Dog and Hillbilly Jim at first. Later on in the early 90βs when my mom could afford cable her bf at the time introduced me to Freddy Kruger and the horror genre in general. So of course I became a huge Undertaker and Sting fan. I also was fortunate enough to be placed in the big brother program and thatβs where I was guided on the right path to make something of myself. So fast forward to today and Iβm very passionate about professional wrestling, the horror genre, tattoos and thick woman but also a respectful kind hearted person. I have an amazing job now that I love and a roof over my head. I know I just jammed a lot in there and yes I definitely left a lot of the up and down times out including being homeless at one point but figured this was a safe environment to share at least a little π§ββοΈπ§ π€

2021-02-01 17:19:32 +0000 UTCWrestling is my first love, as long as I can remember. Outside of that, I'm into sports, video games, and horror movies

2021-02-01 17:03:03 +0000 UTCDo you like games with misdirection

2021-02-01 17:02:36 +0000 UTCMe too!

2021-02-01 16:56:10 +0000 UTCSame, I've always wanted to attend Dragon Con and Anime Expo, but never got the chance to travel for conventions.
Abadon
2021-02-01 16:55:56 +0000 UTCYeah. Last one I attended was in 2011. I've been wanting to go to DragonCon but... That was before 2020 happened. Hopefully soon.
Chris Swinford
2021-02-01 16:54:21 +0000 UTCI MISS conventions so much! I used to 4 or 5 a year. The costume making was so stressful but always so worth it. I personally haven't done LARPs but always wanted to try! Oh man, you are so right about cheesy horror films
Abadon
2021-02-01 16:50:58 +0000 UTCI love to watch wrestling, and play video games

2021-02-01 16:50:48 +0000 UTCLow key, sounds a bit like a scene from one of the Saw movies! I bet it was a blast
Abadon
2021-02-01 16:49:09 +0000 UTCI used to love going to conventions and running LARPs back in the day. Vampire: The Masquerade. Now I spend my free relax time watching horror movies... The cheesier the better lol.

2021-02-01 16:49:08 +0000 UTCJust recently, Iβve snagged up the the entire first wave of Transformers Studio Series 86, which is all from the 1986 movie. That movie meant a lot to me as a kid and having a dedicated line for it after 35 years makes me happy

2021-02-01 16:48:57 +0000 UTCYea. If they don't laugh. I kill em bahaha. It was a fun weekend shoot.

2021-02-01 16:48:38 +0000 UTCHahaha! That sounds great! π
Abadon
2021-02-01 16:48:02 +0000 UTCOne of my favorites was more recent. Called Laugh til You Die. A short film where I played a serial killer who has a bunch of people tied up in his basement and i perform stand up for them.

2021-02-01 16:47:27 +0000 UTCI understand the toy collecting. I was at a convention called Starfest and I found someone selling toys and found among their huge display a Malebolgia! I was frozen for what felt like forever but stopped that bad boy up so fast! What's been your favorite toy you've found?
Abadon
2021-02-01 16:46:34 +0000 UTCSounds like a lot of fun! What's been your favorite movie you've done?
Abadon
2021-02-01 16:45:10 +0000 UTCToy collecting. The thrill of the hunt and the ecstasy of finding that one thing youβre looking for. Also, of course, wrestling. Watched quite a bit of GCWβs fight forever this past weekend. Also reading a book about the history of the WWFβs takeover of the territories in the 80s

2021-02-01 16:44:27 +0000 UTCI love to watch movies. Read. And I work in low budget horror movies.
