13 days of clean eating, being mentally kind to myself, cardio and yoga. (Gonna start throwing in some weight lifting again too) plus regular wrestling training.
If anyone has a favorite healthy good dish please let me know! Im always looking to try new things! (Or a favorite food dish in general)
