This week's winner is ChiChi from the Dragon Ball series, as requested by Maiesio Phil! I had a couple problems initially working Toriyama's style into my own to capture the comical elements but after I figured out the face, it all sort of flowed out onto the tablet. ^^
Congrats again to Phil and we'll see who wins next week! The list is getting big with all of the new blood and people participating! I might need to reorganize how it works when more people join, but for now, I think we'll stick with what we got, and see what July brings!
