Looks like the one who handled Tobi’s dick the best was Kurenai (Hinata tried too, but kinda clumsily). I remember when Tobi brought roses to Tenten—guess he actually wanted something serious with her lol.

So far, the best ones with Tobi have been Tsunade and Kurenai. I'd really like to see a comparison with them again, but I also like Samui, as well as Ten Ten, who in the Hinata Pia comic had unfinished business with Tobi. You could also re-propose her ineffectively, and she already appeared with Ino, but it depends on how you decide to develop the plot.
