コミュニティリクエスト[第4回] / Community Requests [Vol. #4]

皆さん、こんにちは。このイベントを開始する時がまたやって来ました。この月例イベントの今回の繰り返しのルールをお読みください。

1. コミュニティ チャットは、参加資格のあるティアに基づいて次のようにラベル付けされています:

- ComReq #4 (サポーター)

- ComReq #4 (メンバー)

1a. 今回は、このイベントの過去 3 つのバージョンの結果 (無料メンバーからの指名はゼロ) により、無料メンバーの指名を削除しました。

2. このイベントの以前のバージョンと同じルールが適用されます。各メンバーは、このコミュニティ リクエストのラウンドに提出したいキャラクターの名前を 1 つだけ送信できます。ここでも同じルールが適用されますので、「リクエスト ガイドライン」の投稿を参照してください。キャラクターの重複エントリーは、オンライン ツールにキャラクターを 2 回入力することを意味するものではありませんので、このようなことはしないでください。そうしないと、提出した内容が完全に無効になります。

2a.先月優勝したため、このラウンドにノミネート/エントリーできないキャラクターは次のとおりです:

- 白河千歳 (お隣の天使様にいつの間にか駄目人間にされていた件)

- アズサ・アイザワ (スライム倒して300年、知らないうちにレベルMAXになってま)

- ベルファスト (アズールレーン)

2b. ノミネートを送信する際は、キャラクターの名前と、そのキャラクターが登場するシリーズのタイトルを明記してください (画像セットのタイトルは通常、私がどのように作成しているかを参考にしてください)。

3. キャラクター名の提出期限が過ぎたら、各チャットで提出されたすべてのキャラクター名を集め、このオンラインツールに入力します: https://wheelofnames.com/

4. オンラインツールがキャラクター名の1つを選択し、そのキャラクターが誰であろうと、2つのセットを作成します。ツールを使用するときは、画面を録画して、誰が優勝したかをみんなに知らせます。

5. メンバーが複数のキャラクターを提出した場合、チャットに投稿したキャラクターの名前を最後にカウントします。これにより、各メンバーが必要に応じて考えを変えることができます。

6. ノミネートがゼロになった場合、他のティアのルーレットで当選しなかったキャラクターが投票に参加し、すべてのメンバーが希望するキャラクターに1票を投じることができます。このルールは、無料メンバーの当選キャラクターを決定するために完全に適用されます。

選ばれたキャラクターに投稿される3つのセットは、ここで行っている標準的なセットに似ています（P-EとP-EXというラベルのセットを参照してください）。

Hello folks. The time has come once again to begin this event. Please read the rules for this iteration of this monthly event.

1. The community chats are labeled as such based on which tier are eligible to participate:

- ComReq #4 (Supporters)

- ComReq #4 (Members)

1a. This time, I removed the nominations for Free Members due to how the previous three versions of this event turned out (zero nominations from free members).

2. The same rules apply from the previous version of this event: Each member can send only one name of a character they'd like to submit for this round of Community Requests. Please refer to the 'Request Guidelines' post because the same rules will also apply here. Duplicate character entries wouldn't mean that I'll enter the character on the online tool twice, so please refrain from doing this; otherwise, I'll nullify your submission entirely.

2a. These are the characters that cannot be nominated / entered for this round because they have won on the previous month:

- Shirakawa Chitose (The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten)

- Azusa Aizawa (I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level)

- Belfast (Azur Lane)

2b. When sending a nomination, please indicate the character's name AND the title of the series they appear in (you can refer to how I usually make the titles of the image sets).

3. Once the time limit for submitting character names is over, I'll gather all names of characters submitted in their respective chats, and enter them to this online tool: https://wheelofnames.com/

4. The online tool will pick one of the character names and I'll make two sets for whoever that character may be. I'll make a screen recording of when I do use the tool so everyone will know who won.

5. If a member submits more than one character, then I'll be counting the name of the character that you have posted on the chat LAST. This allows each member to change their mind, if applicable.

6. In case a situation where zero nominations occur, the characters that didn't win from the roulette from the other tiers will be entered into a poll, and every member will be eligible to cast one vote for the character they want. This rule now fully applies to determine the winning character for the Free Members.

The three sets that will be posted for the chosen character are similar to the standard ones that I do here (please refer to the sets with the label P-E and P-EX to give you an idea).
