コミュニティリクエスト[第2回] / Community Requests [Vol. #2]

皆さん、こんにちは。このイベントを開始する時がまたやってきました。このイベントにはいくつか更新があります:

1. 新しいティア (メンバー) ができたので、無料メンバーとサポーターとは別にコミュニティ チャットが利用できるようになります。つまり、このイベントの勝者は 3 人になります。

1a. コミュニティ チャットは、参加資格のあるティアに基づいて次のようにラベル付けされています:

- ComReq #2 (サポーター)

- ComReq #2 (メンバー)

- ComReq #2 (無料メンバー)

2. このイベントの以前のバージョンと同じルールが適用されます: 各メンバーは、このコミュニティ リクエスト ラウンドで提出したいキャラクターの名前を 1 つだけ送信できます。ここでも同じルールが適用されますので、固定された「リクエスト ガイドライン」を参照してください。キャラクターの重複エントリーは、オンライン ツールでそのキャラクターを 2 回エントリーすることを意味するものではありませんので、このようなことはしないでください。そうしないと、提出した内容が完全に無効になります。

2a.先月に優勝したため、このラウンドにノミネート/エントリーできないキャラクターは次のとおりです:

- Citlali (Genshin Impact)

- Haiselita Aldridge (Saint Cecilia と Pastor Lawrence)

3. キャラクター名の提出期限が過ぎたら、それぞれのチャットで提出されたすべてのキャラクター名を集め、このオンライン ツールに入力します: https://wheelofnames.com/

4. オンライン ツールがキャラクター名の 1 つを選択し、そのキャラクターが誰であろうと、2 セットを作成します。ツールを使用するときは、画面を録画して、誰が優勝したかを全員がわかるようにします。

5. メンバーが複数のキャラクターを提出した場合、チャットに投稿したキャラクターの名前を最後にカウントします。これにより、各メンバーが必要に応じて考えを変えることができます。

6. 先月のようにノミネートがゼロになった場合、他のティアのルーレットで当選しなかったキャラクターが投票に参加し、メンバー全員が希望するキャラクターに1票を投じることができます。その他の予期せぬ状況が発生した場合は、私の裁量で解決します。

選ばれたキャラクター用に投稿される3つのセットは、私がここで行っている標準的なセットに似ています（P-EとP-EXというラベルのセットを参照してください）。

Hello folks. The time has come once again to begin this event. There are some updates for this one:

1. Since we now have a new tier (Members), they will get a separate community chat aside from our Free members and our Supporters. That means there will be three winners for this event.

1a. The community chats are labeled as such based on which tier are eligible to participate:

- ComReq #2 (Supporters)

- ComReq #2 (Members)

- ComReq #2 (Free Members)

2. The same rules apply from the previous version of this event: Each member can send only one name of a character they'd like to submit for this round of Community Requests. Please refer to the pinned 'Request Guidelines' because the same rules will also apply here. Duplicate character entries wouldn't mean that I'll enter the character on the online tool twice, so please refrain from doing this; otherwise, I'll nullify your submission entirely.

2a. These are the characters that cannot be nominated / entered for this round because they have won on the previous month:

- Citlali (Genshin Impact)

- Haiselita Aldridge (Saint Cecilia and Pastor Lawrence)

3. Once the time limit for submitting character names is over, I'll gather all names of characters submitted in their respective chats, and enter them to this online tool: https://wheelofnames.com/

4. The online tool will pick one of the character names and I'll make two sets for whoever that character may be. I'll make a screen recording of when I do use the tool so everyone will know who won.

5. If a member submits more than one character, then I'll be counting the name of the character that you have posted on the chat LAST. This allows each member to change their mind, if applicable.

6. In case a situation similar to last month where zero nominations occured, the characters that didn't win from the roulette from the other tiers will be entered into a poll, and every member will be eligible to cast one vote for the character they want. Should any other unforseen circumstances occur, then resolving it will be on my discretion.

The three sets that will be posted for the chosen character are similar to the standard ones that I do here (please refer to the sets with the label P-E and P-EX to give you an idea).
