PC Update

Hey guys,

Thank you all for being so patient and waiting. I know this is super super frustrating and lame. I'm really sorry how things have turned out so far. We were on a really good streak.

So as I said I'd go looking around for people to help me fix my PC. I sent it into a few shops. The last one I gave it to yesterday finally gave me a definitive answer for why my PC broke. I just got the text now.

Basically he said there was too much strain on the graphics card. Which kinda makes sense. The graphics wasn't a brand new one and outside of the week it broke down, my PC was always kinda running 24/7. Not as much as that week, but it was still almost always on and running.

But it's not just the graphics card that is damaged. The power supply and motherboard were damaged too. And because of the sudden shutdown and failure the files were corrupted because of memory overload or something. So yes that means I lost everything on the drive. That includes all the pictures, the unannounced projects, and the fantasy visual novel game.

So yeah all around bad news and poop.

Right now I don't really have the funds to replace those parts. I don't even know how, I'm not tech savvy. I'm just a girl. I bought this PC built already years ago just to play Overwatch and League. Not to mention I spent a little over $100 already giving it to the different PC shops to fix it.

While yes the support and kind donations you all give me here are really appreciated and nothing small at all, it's not really enough to pay for all this on top of my bills. Not right now at least. I can't really take that risk. I do work a full time job but I also live alone now. So I have a lot of other stuff to pay for.

Here's what I will do though. I already asked a friend if I can borrow her laptop. It's a gaming laptop so it should be able to handle AI generation. I doubt it's as fast as my PC was but it will get the job done. I am committed to fulfilling each and every one of the commissions and character sets. I promise all of you I will finish every single one.

After that we'll see what happens. I can't keep her laptop forever without paying for it. My hope is that I'll make enough money from this and my job to buy another PC soon.
