Adjusting to Patreon changes [Jan 23 Update]

These changes include:
- Adding Paid Members to the Logged-in User Dashboard
- Changing the monthly emails to include paid members
- Fixing and updating the stats on the overall Patreon Stats pages
We are continuing our work to fix:
- Historical rankings
- Hot creator achievements
- Monthly ranking pages
