I've partially returned – You can help with my recovery if you want to

I had to urgently see a private dermatologist to treat a severe allergic reaction that affected the skin all over my body. As you might know, at least here in the country where I live (Mexico), the public healthcare system is absolute garbage, and you’re forced to turn to private doctors. I've had to spend a lot of money on a new treatment. I was following another one before, but apparently, my immune system was rejecting it. The worst part is that there's a chance my body could also reject this new treatment, which would be extremely serious for me. I really hope everything goes well—I'm taking all the necessary precautions this time (something I didn’t do before).

I need to replace a very expensive cream and I've already run out of money. I know this isn’t your problem, but if anyone feels generous and wants to help with my recovery, you're welcome to do so. Still, I want to make it clear: this is not your responsibility and you are under no obligation whatsoever. The cream is called Elidel—it’s a safer alternative to corticosteroid creams and costs around 1,500 MXN (approximately 77.30 USD).

I’ll be working part-time for now. I’m already feeling better, but I don’t want to overload my body with stress and anxiety, since I’ve been advised to rest both mentally and physically. I’m not allowed to exercise, sweat, or be exposed to sunlight.

Tuve que acudir de urgencia a un dermatólogo privado para tratar una fuerte alergia en toda la piel de mi cuerpo. Como sabrán, al menos en el país donde vivo (México), el sistema de salud pública es una completa porquería y uno tiene que recurrir a médicos privados. He tenido que gastar mucho dinero en un nuevo tratamiento. Antes estaba siguiendo otro, pero al parecer mi sistema inmunológico lo estaba rechazando. Lo peor de todo esto es que existe la posibilidad de que mi cuerpo también rechace el nuevo tratamiento, lo cual sería extremadamente grave para mí. Espero que todo salga bien. Estoy tomando todas las precauciones (algo que no hice anteriormente).

Necesito reponer una crema muy costosa y ya me he quedado sin dinero. Lo sé, esto no es problema de ustedes, pero si alguien se siente generoso y quiere colaborar con mi recuperación, puede hacerlo. Aun así, insisto: esto no es su responsabilidad y no tienen ninguna obligación. La crema se llama Elidel, es más segura que una crema con corticoesteroides y cuesta aproximadamente 1,500 MXN (unos 77.30 USD).

Estaré trabajando de manera parcial. Ya me siento mejor, pero no quiero llenar mi cuerpo de estrés y ansiedad, ya que me recomendaron guardar reposo tanto mental como físico. Me tienen prohibido hacer ejercicio, sudar o exponerme al sol.
