Release & Poll schedules + Tier changes!

I've developed some new changes to better help our path forward.
- Releases with different targets to get me more focused and productive!
- Polls giving everyone a chance to get their favorite girls & features! (both will have their first run in 2 days).
Tier changes:
- $1 tier with access to Patreon posts & Polls results.
- Add $3 tier: Standard version 1 month behind (v0.3+ only).
- Change $5 tier to Standard version 2 weeks behind.
- Add $14 tier: Extra version without Early Access.
- $20 Patrons gains ability to add girl and features to poll (info on image).
- Public Demos will have 3 random girls, released 1 month behind (2 for v0.27 for fairness).
I hope these changes will make True Facials' development more rewarding and accessible for everyone!
P.S: I'm very lucky to have Patreon now, maybe my man Konashion was still alive but had to get a real job =)).

This model of Chara seems more suitable, though it might be hard to find: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8ZlnSEugVU Btw, it'll be better if we continue this on Discord, chatting on Patreon is rather inconvenient.
