A new underdog poll starting next month!

I am going to be introducing a new Poll for the project tier called the underdog poll.
This poll will be exclusively characters that didn't get many votes from the main one, allowing them a chance to be seen!
The main criteria for this will be as long as there are enough characters in the main voted poll, there will always be a underdog poll afterwards!
Hopefully underdog polls will allow new / less known characters to be seen, or give them a chance against bigger popular characters.
This will likely be tweaked as we go on!
