I am sending it out two days early (one day earlier than even usual) because of possible scheduling conflicts I am anticipating. Look for pages 1-17 next Wednesday as I try to get back on schedule. An email with an attachment PDF file was sent to my other email address, and eligible recipients were BCC'ed in an attempt to protect privacies. The attached PDF file was sent as a Google Drive link because it has grown too large for a direct attachment; you may need to request permissions to access file and download content.
