File is too large for a direct attachment so it was sent via a Google Drive link and you may have to request permissions. This email was sent to my other email address, and eligible recipients were BCC'ed to protect privacy. Look for pages 1-19 on Wednesday. Enjoy, and thanks for your continued support.
