Still top quality art, so I'll comment on the alien instead: I like the idea of an intelligent species that is only coherent because more heads are better than one. Unlike humans, he doesn't have the limitation of one mouth to convey complex ideas. It makes it look like humans are the slow-witted species for failing speak or her half a dozen statements at once.
