And this is what EVIL Blueberry nanites look like folks, jeez I feel sorry for the kidnapped girls since they got personality wiped when they were injected with the nanites. Not sure if limited to fruit nanite infected tissue or not but I wouldn't want to risk it, someone call in the nuke!

Does that imply she hasn't completely been hijacked by the Blueberry and maybe ends up regaining her faculties at some point? Or is it just to keep her a little bit aesthetically interesting for the sake of coloring?

However, I feel that what this frutifying stuff truly is is a type of bio-mechanical nano machines. That's why all the fruitified people can apparently "hear" each other. And would also explain why Cado was so concerned about the blueberry substance getting out of containment and going inert. The berry nano-machines hadn't been given their "command instructions" yet. They were essentially glorified blueberry molecules rearranged to serve another purpose.
