She's also pregnant. So I get the feeling they were looking for both quantity AND quality. And since she's pregnant, I can imagine she makes nature and richer milk on top of a lot of it. Just a guess though.

She needs at least some compensation for all this trouble. 2. The side effect of taking so many doses of a relatively untested growth substance causes Picun's breasts to continue to swell with milk from now on. The down side being that she now, on the daily, has to let Gu suck her back down to a manageable size least she become permanently immobile. And secret wish list item 3. That Ms. Hildy the judge secretly has the hots for Picun and the two become intimate.
