It really depends on the person you're portraying. There's people with really distinctive trates, let me share an example: Timothée Chlament has a really squared facial structure, with harsh and straight defined lines. There's other people with more "delicate" and rounded shapes. He also has prominent eyebrows and, in my opinion, a non-common nose with a particular geometric nose.
