The boobless horselady stole boobs from others because she died flat. Like how the more famous headless horseman died headless. Horselady has a very tragic backstory, her boobs were stolen from her by an evil witch, so she haunts the world forever stealing titflesh in the vain hope of finding her own. Like... if The Headless Horseman and The Overcoat had a baby, and the baby had a boob obsession.
