I'd say "This clearly isn't pATAgon, it's just Than hanging out with an Anna-looking cousin - as she does every year for Halloween - because no sane parent would let their children roam those streets unsupervised", but then I noticed what appear to be full-sized candy bars in that bowl and remembered all the protective cushions about town. Clearly, Than is doing her part (through her minions) to produce The Ultimate Halloween Zone. If Khimru were here I'm certain he'd count the pixels and tell me that I'm wrong, and those are in fact fun-sized, and also that bumping into pATAgonian boobs at the average move speed of a fleeing child would cause a concussion, but he isn't, so full-sized and safe the candy and fleeing shall remain.

Also that kid's Lord Gnarlington's costume is a nice cameo, too bad the persona didn't give him the courage to answer the question.
