I think a pregnant planet girl series would be interesting. Mercury, the fastest, still has a belly but is very athletic. The gas giants are in the later stages of their respective pregnancies and are more sedentary.

What if there were other girls like that, receiving different 'blessings' from this deity and she always goes a bit overboard and they have a kind of support group, each complaining about how they have it the worst (my back aches from these boobs, can't find jeans that fit right with this ass, the kicking from my babies keeps me up all night, etc. etc. etc.)

Uprosa is a stern and somewhat fractious deity. She is known to curse mopey and self-pitying women by causing their breasts to grow to unconventional sizes. "If they want to hunch over and whine all day, I'll give them a valid excuse!" Grolth, God of Overeating and Guilty Snacking: Many assume that as a god of corpulence Grolth is fat and lethargic himself; this is not the case. He is a visiting deity, and often comes to Earth looking to fatten women up. Those dedicated to diets are a particular challenge he revels in. Once a target is selected, he takes on the guise of a human desirable to them and inserts himself into their life (often as a new neighbor, work college or gym partner). Now, while the fattening process is solely for his entertainment he does not pursue the task maliciously (well most of the time). The women of interest is often lead to indulging in extra snacks or suddenly finding that she can't help feeling a little aroused when naughtily overeating. Grolth frequently encourages her with subtle hints and suggestions, and ultimately make her feel a love and appreciation for herself that had been missing before he intervened. Sorry for the paragraphs but this was pretty fun.
