It struck me as similar to saline injection, but I guess it's an injectable form of boost apart from its epidermal patch delivery.

And she is the last one to go and with everyone else already "drunk" on the enhancement serum she just goes until the tank is dry.

Direct saline injection, on the other hand, is relatively benigh but temporary procedure (saline is reabsorbed over time and flushed away from your system in day or so)… and Sadie's breasts as we know them are anything but “one-day wonders” thus I don't think it's that either.

All I recall was a clip of a radio host doing it to some girl on their show, but it involves kinda saline or water and there is no actual implant. I forget exactly what it's called but it is an actuall method of augmentation that doesn't involve surgery.

Just shouts out, "Check out these hips, bustin' outta m'jeans!" and "It takes a cargo net to contain these boobs!" Awesome.

I am now permitted to talk about other things, like how that's the outfit Kay was wearing in the "Kay Happened" AMA sketch, right down to the Pacman belt, and applaud Zdemian for this degree of concern for internal consistency.
