Silicone implants are more than half-century old, and silicone stars (like Kitten Natividad) have started using them almost immediately but decades later soccer ball-sized boobs are still not something Joe Average sees on real person often! In fact the very wording “the biggest boobs I've ever seen on a real person” kind of implies that she have seen similarly-sized or even larger boobs somewhere else… movie, magazine, may be ad… who knows?

I always thought that the whole body mod and super sized breast sub-culture had been around for a few decades already. But Kay's comment about having "never seen such big boobs on a real person" tells me that if they around 20ish in the flash back and at the latest in their early 30s in the present that means this new wave of body modification has only been around for 10 years at he longest.
