It depends on your definition of “walk”. If you mean “she could move herself from point A to point B”, then sure enough, she could do that. Weight is serious but she carried most of it already (just in different places). If you mean “she could navigate the obstacles with full control over her body”, then of course it's not possible as this very page illustrates.

In a larger company, a HR department is SUPPOSED to take care of this sort of thing, but that certainly isn't always the case. In fact, bringing up problems with people in charge can make your life even worse. Karma may be her only option.

Sooner or later the whole thing tend to blow up, but it could take a long time till someone with enough power will catch up. If situation is bad enough than said “someone” must come from outside, but sooner or later that happens. I mean: put Su-Z Q somewhere near that row at that exact moment and voila—instant PR-disaster.

At least, not where others can hear. I don't really expect things to be resolved by HR in this kind of story, but I'm just saying: she's yelling down a row of cubicles. Your boss tends to find out about that.
