But I totally agree with you about how much time has passed 'in story'. I would wager a couple years at the minimum. So yeah, I imagine Sarah would be in college by now? Or maybe she got a job with Patagon? And lastly, what she saw happen to her friend Emily clearly hit her hard about over using boost. But even at her own admission she hadn't completely stopped using it. So has her bust gotten any bigger since then?

It could have been some kind of growth potion (hey, they have one for breasts, why not for hair?) but Alexis have grown similarly thus it's probably natural growth. Sarah is most likely in college now and yeah, it's interesting to see what happened to her… and to Emily, if 150120.jpg wasn't her.
