This will, most likely, mean that Than is BOTH the President of well-known legitimate pATAgon busines AND head of her shady “the only advertisement for this place is by word of mouth” gig in the guise of her figurehead. Could explain the sudden interest of “federal accountant” in Alexis: If she's the only one who could confirm under oath that these are indeed one and the same then they could become quite lenient. P.S. It would be interesting to see the courtroom where both Alexi sand Than could reside.

But you right: while pATAgon have clearly existed for a few years it does not mean that Than's unnamed shady organization could have not coexisted with it! It's possible that Than leads BOTH pATAgon AND her shady organization at the same time! Heck, it's even explain how Than could be at the size she's now with 30 M cc injections per week: if she grows by about 3% per week then she would have needed about half-year to go from her LBSC sizes to her current size! That's close to the time which passed in the previous character, too! In THAT case Alexis would be a valuable eye-witness: she's probably one of the VERY few people who've not just interacted with BOTH Than's figurehead AND Than herself but also know that they are one and the same! It's not even known if Chase or his companion know about that—the only one who knows about that for sure is Annabel. Now that you've brought the possibility it suddenly makes significantly more sense.

That's clearly an artificial body. Whether she's cyborg, gynoid or just a figurehead is unknown, but in all cases she does not need pATAgon's help to change it. She could have attached Than-sized boobs to it easily but I guess it would have made her work a reporter harder.
