At this sizes air transportation clearly becomes impossible, but it's not even close to largest sizes of buildings, largest lifting capacity of cranes and so on. Not sure where this exact “desired” size comes from and/or if it's even some concrete size. Most likely that's just some abstract “really really large” size… As for ropes… not sure what that is supposed to portray, but it's obvious that they couldn't raise her 20 000 000 lbs of boobs! They are obviously too flimsy for that!
