Former is more of “she's just so cute and innocent, but so shy… I just want to hug her and say that everything will be alright” while latter is more of “she's so hot and bright, yet so dangerous… it'll not be easy to impress her”. Difference in lipstick and outfit is minor compared to that.

But at least we know that SOMEONE thinks about law around here… of course laws in the LBSM world could very easily be different from laws of our world… when we are talking about human laws and not laws of nature, that is.
