The visuals are similar, sure, but plot is radically different. I mean: here everyone more-or-less knows what happens and why. I don't think newhire will get breasts in some mystic way, it'll be either Boost or implants or something else, but she'll know what happens.

Sadie's are about two or may be even three times lighter and it's easy to see that it's not trivial for her to move her endowments around, so… what happens here? And two weeks are most definitely manageable: even if you'll recall “Breena Meyers” fiasco ( goo.gl/gZc2NW )… she was not large enough to be undisguiseable after two weeks and she was treated with older, presumably more potent stuff. Of course newhire here is somewhat larger, but still… makes sense.
