She'll require some kind of technical assistance (Atlas bra at least, may be some kind of remote cam) thus obviously will not be able to participate in official competitions, but for fun the could do most sports - from javelin throws at summer to Super giant slalom at winter. P.S. Just please not volleyball: everyone draws volleyball for some reason, that's too banal!
