There were speculations by readers, but nothing in the comic itself. And note that the exact words were “You are I both are about at the limit to what can be supported here” which was followed by “Look on the bright side: you'll probably live comfortably and be free to grow and grow to your heart content” which kind of implies that limitations are related to that particular place (size of building? elevator capacities? who knows…) and not to the method of growth used to achieve that size…

She did say that she was about as big as she could get and still be supported at that site, implying she could increase herself if she wanted to, but no indication of how she initiates growth. Just curious. thanks

Ysabel have talked about “mad dash like last time”, true, but don't forget that she said “makes me wonder how quick are you anymore” on the very same page. If post-Oz Alexis tried to escape using “mad dash” Ysabel would know “how quick Alexis is anymore” already. And we've seen one such “mad dash escape attempt” on pages 9-10, thus I have no idea where you've gotten the idea that there was another escape attempt.

I forgot that Than is running a business and wants Alexis to get as big as possible to be sold off to the highest bidder or whatnot. It sounds like we are also in for when Alexis tried to escape, since Ysabel says that she tried to get away once before.

First attempt (with patches presented by Ysabel) failed—Miriam have used them instead. Second attempt almost failed since That was “a bit heavy-handed”, but Alexis saved it. Now Than only need to win that contest (or at least should make sure Alexis will not win it) and everything will be just peachy. Just why she's so sure that she'll win anyway is a big mystery, though.

She has potentially sexy body, that's true, but she just does not know how to use it for the full effect. Annable does.

One could say that monstrous breasts just hinder them and make it impossible to participare in sexy shenanigans as active participant, but while it could be a problem for Alexis or Than it does not explain all the other characters. E.g. at the end of third chapter of LBSM Miriam is huge but portrayed as quite agile yet she's not sexy. Funny yes, sexy no.
