Sorry;I forgot it WAS written.My suspicion,which Alexis should have,is that if she loses,"Things will remain as they are" will mean that whatever plans she has kept hidden will be revealed,but there'll be nothing Alexis can do to get out from under her thumb.Also,if Alexis wins,the "Entire Operation" could fail,leaving Alexis with more of a burden than a boon.

Really? From page 2: “A little wager… If you win, I'll turn over my entire operation here to you. You'll be free to do as you please. Be the big boss. Cash out and start over. It's up to you.” Pretty unambigous proposal if you'll ask me. I wonder why she's so sure that Alexis could not win. Than does not look like someone who'll leave anything to chance. She hides something. The only question is: what.

Good point, but then we know almost nothing about that world, Ysabel and Alexis. “Multiple sets of breasts and udders” could be an accident or she could even be a natural “cowgirl” , we just have no idea. And even if that's something that she did on purpose at least she can walk around without guide which is probably impossible for Than Dall or post-LBSC Alexis.

Well, it looks like we DO have an adult on the Alexis side… too bad she's not really interested in fight against “nefarous organization” and is more-or-less go-with-the-flow gal. Well, that's still better that all the sillines we've had before so who knows… there is some hope, after all.
