One of the bottles on the next shelf was "Turtle Aphrodisiac"... Hmm... The store is named after Don Quixote. I don't know what Akira's reason is, but the only thing we really know about her is that her parents found out about her manga obsession and she moved out. So my guess is that Marin accidentally let something slip to her parents without even realizing it and caused a huge fight. Or it could be something they haven't even hinted at yet.
