It has a built in camisole that are toggle-able from material editor, for example if you want to wear different camisole beneath it, you can! In fact, it is made to be compatible with all of my camisoles!
Put the zipmod into mods folder, then search Lowborn Open V Shirt in Tops category.
To make it transparent, change the outer_mat to Hanmen Clothes Alpha, then adjust the alpha in the Colors.
