When RTX Means Really Toasted X-cable…

Just a quick post from my phone to let you know what's going on: my computer is currently out of commission. The power cable to my graphics card literally melted inside the case. 😬
Turns out, this was a known issue with early RTX 40xx cables… I had no idea. My PC had been crashing randomly for a while, and it kept getting worse. Yesterday, I finally opened it up and—well, let’s just say I’m lucky I caught it in time before it turned into a fire hazard.
I've already ordered a new (safe) cable and will test everything as soon as it arrives. Hopefully the card wasn't damaged, and fingers crossed this solves the stability issues once and for all.
Also, just a heads-up: I’ll be taking a week off starting July 19th. I’m still hoping to finish the next update and June exclusives before then — I’ll keep you posted! I
