Finally Tarantulas manages to melt away Prowl's angry, angry frown! Prowl tried of course not to show he approved of Tarantulas at first, but he totally did. And Tarantulas knew that eheheh

Tarantulas' and Prowl's relationship in the fantasy AU started out rocky at first.

I'll basically just copy and past what I put on tumblr LOL-

All information on Tarantulas is provided by @shapeofmetal because in this AU, he’s her baby.

She even doodled what the little nerd looked like before he became a spider furry and it’s great.

Basically it’s not all that different to canon IDW - just a different setting with key differences lol

A work partnership where Prowl came to Mesothulas - a very freelance works-for-himself-wizard - with his problems, and Mesothulas would find a magical, often unethical way to deal with them. Prowl saw him as a tool, and Mesothulas saw Prowl as a muse. Eventually Prowl feels Mesothulas went too far, went to end things between them, SURPRISE Mesothulas made a baby for Prowl and expected them to continue their ‘partnership’ forever. Prowl - very skeeved by this - nopes the hell out, shoves him an experimental torture pocket dimension Mesothulas had been working on, takes the baby and shoves it at someone else (Kup) who is then raised to be Springer.

Eventually some years later Mesothulas escapes, turns himself into a drider for one reason or another, and tracks down Prowl cause he Really Did Miss Him A Bunch. Prowl isn’t Pleased.

... At least not at first.

They truly needed to just buckle down and talk. Get everything out in the open. Fuck out their feelings. And in the end they have a pretty good relationship!
