It's been a few weeks since I began working out consistently. Every day has been a challenge, but thanks to my dedication to going every other day, I HAVE started noticing SOME physical changes. For starters, my bust has shrunk at least 3 cup sizes, with my waistline shrinking a good 10 inches too. I have been fasting often and eating lightly portioned meals full of protein and watching my caloric intake, which could be a reason WHY my upper half has slimmed down somewhat. However, my booty and thighs seems to be getting BIGGER for whatever reason. I mean, I do A LOT of cardio and leg workouts to retain my figure, but you'd THINK that I'd lose some mass, right!? Maybe... it could be hormonal changes? I have no idea.
Guess I'll just have to focus more on upper body strength and see if that does anything.
Making some slow progress. I have been going every other day to get myself into a routine of sorts, but eventually plan to go daily when I'm no longer exhausted on my off days.
