Little Changes

It's been a few weeks since I began working out consistently. Every day has been a challenge, but thanks to my dedication to going every other day, I HAVE started noticing SOME physical changes. For starters, my bust has shrunk at least 3 cup sizes, with my waistline shrinking a good 10 inches too. I have been fasting often and eating lightly portioned meals full of protein and watching my caloric intake, which could be a reason WHY my upper half has slimmed down somewhat. However, my booty and thighs seems to be getting BIGGER for whatever reason. I mean, I do A LOT of cardio and leg workouts to retain my figure, but you'd THINK that I'd lose some mass, right!? Maybe... it could be hormonal changes? I have no idea.

Guess I'll just have to focus more on upper body strength and see if that does anything.

Making some slow progress. I have been going every other day to get myself into a routine of sorts, but eventually plan to go daily when I'm no longer exhausted on my off days.

If you’re doing more cardio than you would be putting on more muscle in your lower figure, especially in your thighs and butt if I remember correctly while you’re losing weight evenly across your body. I’m not the most well versed in the body so I can’t say that’s 100% certainty
