The boys do not share the strong feelings expressed in the video lol..actually a bit uncomfortable on my side but onward.
also Iโm very prone to running out of storage and having to convert videos to streamable.
And sometimes delays my posting
The K drama is use up a lot of my video storage
Thereโs also no better option than streamAbel for the price I already know about Vimeo
I run out of storage on Patreon through and i replace with Streamable after a few days
I agree with you karen. Fully

I'm kinda on main girl's side. Yes what she said was hurtful but technically this conversation was between her and her friends. We can't pretend that we don't turn to our friends and rant about people we just met that rub us the wrong way. When that mic switched over, they immediately should've turned it off or switched it back. Hurtful words aside, what if she was talking about something else or private? That aside, she does need to push herself more to be more social and meet the town half way.

I was fine with it up until she let basically let him apologize and fix it for her keeping her mouth shut the whole time. She should have def spoken up then.

I love the Female lead in this show! She is a good person just not a "nice" person (naturally).

I really like this perspective, cause I never thought of it that specific way before! It reminds me of how ML said that she shouldn't feel too bad because the townspeople were badmouthing her too. I guess it's also that most people get defensive when someone comes into your community and seemingly judges everything you are (and one of your own) then asks you too support their business...like lol what? So it's definitely a case where they need to meet halfway and get to know her as a person so that they can realize she enforces her boundaries BUT that doesn't make her a bad person. just standoffish

I really love the actor playing the singer/cafe owner. His voice and laugh so distinguishable and I like his more comedic roles.

Also, in my opinion, she is a good person who has boundaries(that she enforces) and is not a people pleaser. This is what triggers people who view her negatively. The country folk do not believe in boundaries and that is where the disrespect and superiority complex comes in. There needs to be basic human respect with give and take. She is in the wrong for being too overt/upfront(she could have her boundaries but soften the blow), however, I do think that her behavior with reasonable people would have been acceptable/smoothed out.

This is not saying she is a bad person. She just rough as the crew said. Its different from her city.
I do undersrand her to an extent.
(Also why I can't live in small town or do certain jobs ๐)

Thats why Chief Hong said everything wilk be fine. Everyone bad talks. But I think she comes off as assuming shs is better than the people in the town that she will be relying to make her living. No one wants anyone in their mouth that seem rude lol. They were living with a dental clinic for years im sure they would just continue on.
She is opened a business in a small town without understanding the customs/environment. Her visiting the public events is just buulding her customer base.

Great reaction by all! I like the realism portrayed in regards to flaws that we all have. She appears highly insecure and introverted to me and passes on some of that as a defensive mechanism. Not excusing but most of us have probably had those regretful behavior moments in our life.
I love Chief Hong especially as heโs one of the most unique Male Leads Iโve ever seen. He doesnโt fit into standard tropes and that is refreshing.

In my opinion the country people along with the ML irritated me because they are hypocrites. They judge the FL as being superior, when they themselves have a small town ppl are better than โSeoul-itesโ moral superiority. I think it particularly irks me, because it is the same feeling/energy of faux โreligiousโ Christians who laud their empty works as them being better than others(Iโm a Christian btw). Donโt throw stones if you live in glass houses/Pot meet kettle.

I agree. FL lacks social awareness especially in a new place where she's supposed to try fitting in, at least for the sake of her business. But that's it. As a woman trying to make it on her own, she's a reasonable and relatable character actually. She has standards and she tries to live up to them. It can be seen as out-of-place because of where she chose to be. We focus on her judging everyone, but everyone's also judging her. If anything, it's just frustrating how it took to long for her to apologize to the Singer Dude, but let's be honest, he was also trauma dumping without her consent. Also as an introvert, dude, I can't imagine being forced to go to such events. And I think people would've checked out her clinic eventually because it's not like they have other options.
Also people need to realize there is a difference between niceness and kindness esp when it relates to the goodness of character. She doesn't come off nice but she's kind where it counts and that, to me, makes her a good person.

Iโve watched this kdrama before and I still feel understand the female leads emotions coming into this small town. As wrong as it was for her to say those things . I thought that she was simply venting her frustrations out to her friend and that nobody was meant to hear it. Also not everyone is comfortable around people especially with people that they donโt know. It takes time for some people let their guard down . But maybe Iโm wrong about that ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ. Love the reaction โค๏ธ
