2025-01-22 12:38:09 +0000 UTCIf you're referring to this episode when Hina let Chii know that's she's pursuing Taiki, that's in no way ruining his chances. Like I said earlier, Chii was slowly inching away from Taiki and setting boundaries until Hina intervened. She's actually doing them a favor at this point. Chii can literally start going out with Taiki right now if she wanted to, the "ball is in her court". If Hina just telling her that she likes Taiki deters Chii away, then she's not serious about Taiki and should reinstate the boundary. The wishy washy behavior does no one any favors.

Chii just did the same thing a few episodes back. Hina however is openly doing her thing so she has a clear conscience unlike Chie. Also Hina is the one even moving Chii to get closer to Taiki but she's an awful friend? That girl has been nothing but supportive so far.

So in a alternate world where Chinatsu doesn't like him back/ shows no progress of romance with him Hina would have still been doing the "you're my besfriend that I like to tease" thing that they seemed to do for years Chinatsu kinda help push her feelings in a odd way lol
